WHICH ACCESSORIES CAN I CHOOSE?
UNIQUE™ hearing aids (except the CIC-micro model) are compatible with all Widex DEX accessories: RC-DEX, TV-DEX, COM-DEX, CALL-DEX, UNI-DEX, PHONE-DEX, FM+DEX and T-DEX.
CAN I HAVE CONTROLS ON ITE MODELS?
You can get a program button and/or volume control on the UNIQUE™ CUSTOM model, but not on the CIC-micro, CIC, or XP, the smallest In-the-ear hearing aids from Widex.
CAN I USE AN APP TO CONTROL UNIQUE?
Yes, if you have a COM-DEX device, you can use the COM-DEX app. With the app you can change programs, volume, choose directional focus and adjust the sound level when you’re streaming.
